Before you use these
- These numbers only work against the Adyen test platform.
- To test the API before your client-side integration is ready, prefix the value with test_ (for example test_5555555555554444).
- These numbers are published by Adyen for sandbox testing. They are not real cards and cannot be used for a real purchase.
How to use Adyen test cards
- Switch your Adyen integration to its test or sandbox environment and use test credentials. Live credentials reject these numbers.
- Enter a card number from the tables above. Expiry: 03/2030. Security code: 737.
- Start with a successful card to confirm the happy path, then work through the decline and error cards so every failure message in your checkout gets exercised.
